Hello! We wanted to say Hello and remind you to breathe! 💚🌿💚

It will be awhile before we are able to offer group Acupuncture sessions again, but we are moving forward with plans for mobile outdoor treatments as we visualize what healing sessions will look like in our future. We like to to call it AND our personal favorite !

Acupuncture treatments already utilize the utmost of sterility and safety. And there is is going to be an overwhelming need for all of the benefits that Acupuncture provides in our near future- especially the support of mental health- anxiety, depression, PTSD, insomnia. Not to mention pain reduction, stress reduction, inflammation reduction, circulation support, and immune strengthening.

We are adapting to the needs of our world- and finding new ways that we can support and provide care to you! Please continue to stay safe and stay home. And breathe! 💚

Did you know? 🤓 Acupuncture and skinny jeans don’t mix!

Please wear loose comfortable clothing to your Acupuncture sessions. We need to be able to access points from your knees to your toes, and your arms from your fingers up to just above the elbow.

Pro-tip: Some patients keep a t shirt and loose pants or shorts in their car and prefer to change at the clinic.

You can even wear your pajamas to clinic—We want you to be comfortable and to relax! 😴

Community-style Acupuncture sessions are done in a group setting on zero gravity loungers rather than a massage table in a private room. We can’t access as many areas of the body directly, but we can effectively treat pain and stress using distal points of the meridians on the head, arms and legs. And the collective energy of a group healing session is oh so powerful. 🙌🏻✨✨✨
