PLEASE PLEASE 🙏 PLEASE READ THE BELOW ..greatly appreciate it. Cuts in Medicare will further limit Medicare patients from being able to get medical care as more physicians will not be able to keep their doors open. Since past 20 years there have been 30% cuts to physicians however increase in pay to hospitals and big pharma!!

Support H.R. 10073:
Protect Patient Access and Stabilize Medicare Payments

CMS has finalized the 2025 Medicare Physician Fee Schedule, which includes a 2.83% reduction in physician reimbursement. Lawmakers in both the House and Senate are focusing on the lame-duck session to address this issue. This week, a bipartisan group of 41 Senators called for similar action in the Senate to reverse the cut, reform MACRA by eliminating budget neutrality requirements, and implement inflation-based payment updates.

H.R. 10073, the Medicare Patient Access and Practice Stabilization Act of 2024, has gained 52 co-sponsors in the House. This bill would reverse the reimbursement cut and provide a positive payment update based on half of the Medicare Economic Index, the most accurate measure of inflationary pressures on medical practices.

It takes less than 2 minutes to contact your U.S. Representative and urge them to immediately cosponsor the Medicare Patient Access and Practice Stabilization Act of 2024 (H.R. 10073), bipartisan legislation that would stop the looming Medicare payment cut. Your voice matters!
