When I’m rooted, my hands move with more intention. When I’m rested, the space I hold feels even more sacred. Massage isn’t just a service, it’s a reminder.

I’m learning to let myself be seen more fully, more often. Not just as a massage therapist, but as a woman who’s still growing, still softening, still showing up. Being in front of the camera comes naturally to me, but sharing it here on social media has been the stretch. Still, healing isn’t always comfortable. It stretches you, opens you, and calls you to take up space gently, but fully. This is part of my practice too, just like the work I do with my hands. Intentional. Present. Anchored in truth.

Y’all… life has been life-ing.

From running my business,
to trying to keep my energy high
while pouring from a half-empty cup…to starting another business with my best friend to celebrating my birthday…
it all caught up with me.
