Whether you're feeling unheard, misunderstood, or grieving lost connections, Navigating Relational Loss Across the Political Spectrum is a therapeutic group designed to help you process those experiences in community.

This is a space where:
🔹 Emotional pain is validated
🔹 Political difference is not erased, but explored with care
🔹 Shared humanity is brought to the surface

Led by a licensed therapist, the group brings together individuals from across the political spectrum—not to debate, but to reflect on the deeper personal and relational impacts these divides have in our lives.

This isn’t about changing your mind. It’s about understanding your heart.
Commitment is month-to-month (3-month minimum). Intake required.

We’re thrilled to welcome Lily to The Collective!

With a grounded, culturally attuned approach and a deep understanding of the challenges that come with being human, Lily offers a therapeutic space that is both honest and deeply compassionate.

As the daughter of immigrants, Lily knows what it’s like to navigate the “in-between” space - balancing cultural expectations while trying to carve out your own path. She brings that lived experience into the therapy room, supporting clients who may feel caught between worlds.

Lily specializes in working with BIPOC women, first-generation experiences, trauma, disordered eating, and emotional regulation. She has a warm, direct, and authentic style, often bringing humor and humanity into her sessions.

Outside of the therapy room, you’ll find her baking cookies, tending to her plants, or exploring the world one delicious meal at a time - with her sassy corgi not far behind. 🐾

Sessions are available in English and Spanish.

Welcome, Joelle!

We're excited to introduce Joelle, a new addition to The Collective! With a heart for understanding diverse backgrounds and a passion for making a real impact, Joelle brings a unique approach to therapy.

As a licensed clinical social worker, she believes therapy is both a science and an art, where both the mind and heart come into play. Her clinical experience ranges from working with individuals facing trauma to supporting families with chronic health challenges. Joelle works primarily through an attachment-informed psychodynamic lens and specializes in adolescents, adults, and families navigating depression, anxiety, trauma and life transitions.

Her work is guided by the belief that we all carry pain, and through therapy, we can reshape that pain so it no longer dominates our lives. She’s deeply committed to creating a safe, supportive space for clients to explore their stories and work toward healing.

Whether you or someone you know is looking for support through difficult life transitions or seeking deeper insight into your inner world, Joelle is here to help guide the way.

Being a therapist, you probably think about how much children are impacted by their parents. Do you ever feel like you’re thinking about it TOO much? Stuck wondering if you are a “good enough” mother?

We are building a community of support where we can laugh, cry, be heard, and grow together. If this is something you are longing for in your life, we want to hear from you!
While this group will welcome discussion around our clinical work and how it intersects, impacts, and informs our mothering, the focus will not be on case consultation and will have much more of a support group feel.

We are thrilled to welcome Rhoda to our team as a compassionate, skilled clinician specializing in behavioral wellness. Rhoda provides evidence-based medication management for individuals and families struggling with mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, oppositional defiant disorder (ODD), and insomnia. Her holistic, culturally competent approach addresses the mind, body, and spirit, integrating her patients' social needs and support networks into a treatment plan that focuses on their whole experience.

Rhoda is dedicated to empowering her patients, especially those who feel unheard or misunderstood, and collaborates closely with psychologists, nutritionists, and other providers. Her care model values each patient’s unique story, blending empathy with her expertise to tailor medications and treatment recommendations to each individual’s needs.

Rhoda works with patients of all ages and mental health backgrounds, beginning with a 45-60 minute first visit, followed by regular follow-ups every 4-6 weeks to ensure ongoing quality care. In an ever-changing world, feelings of anxiety and distress often arise when our old coping strategies may no longer be sufficient, affecting the relationship with ourselves and others. While these feelings may be universal, an increased understanding of our individual experiences within our unique socio-cultural and historical contexts can be beneficial for profound personal growth. As an existential-humanistic practitioner, Blaine seeks to encourage self-awareness through the therapeutic relationship with each of his clients to help find their purpose and lead fulfilling lives.

As an advanced practicum therapist, Blaine has received training in a broad range of psychological services across numerous settings including a pediatric hospital, private practice, and the public school system. While his training has emphasized work with pediatric populations, he has often assisted caregivers and other adults in managing their own stressors involving their child’s life. At this time, Blaine is currently providing individual psychotherapy for adolescents and adults.

Outside of work, Blaine enjoys playing video games with friends and making craft coffee at home. A fun fact about Blaine is that he didn’t have his first piece of pizza until 8th grade. Now, he enjoys a wide range of cuisine and loves to experience various cultures through their relationships with food.
