In the last one year i have not seen the face of the gym and gained over 25 ponds of weight. Now i realise it was not about the shape of my body,chiseled jawline or a flat tummy. It was about the overall health.
I don’t feel as productive as I used to feel throughout the day. I feel lethargic and unveiling to do certain tasks that I could do without a second thought. .
Diet was off utmost importance to me but now I don’t think about eating junk, consuming alcohol and smoke.
Now i have hampered my health to an extent where i hear and inner voice pushing me to work towards my fitness goals. I am adamant to hit the gym again, be more active and be more productive. I don’t know and I don’t care about fitting into a certain body type but I promise to work towards improving my overall physical and mental well-being and so should you.
Ps: we’re gonna come back hotter and stronger 😜
