But here is what I know after working with 100+ postpartum moms.
The moms who focus on weight loss first almost always come back frustrated. Because the pooch is still there. Even after the scale moves.
That is because your mom pooch is a core healing problem. The muscles that hold your belly in stopped responding after pregnancy and delivery. And no amount of weight loss will wake up a core that has gone offline.
