Dr. Jo graduated from Life West in 2024 and was born and raised in southern California. She moved to the Dallas area in April 2025 and is excited to serve the community at Our Light. She has a deep passion for all things chiropractic, especially caring for moms, babies, kiddos, and pregnant women. She is Webster Certified and loves supporting families through every stage of life.

Your baby just moved through one of the biggest transitions a human ever makes — birth.
And even the smoothest birth asks a lot of their tiny body.

A newborn check at Our Light is soft, intentional, and gentle… about as light as checking a ripe peach.
It simply gives their spine and nervous system space to unwind so feeding, sleeping, breathing, and settling feel easier.

You didn’t do anything wrong.
Birth is big — for both of you.

This isn’t about finding problems.

She’s the hype squad for everyone she loves —
the steady voice, the quiet strength, the soft place to land.
But even the strongest hearts deserve to be held, to be poured into, to be reminded they’re worth choosing, too.
