Here’s what to expect during a neurotoxin appointment:
1. You’ll meet with one of our fabulous injectors to discuss your skin care goals and choose the best neurotoxin to suit your needs. We are proud to say that all of our injectors are either Nurse Practitioners or Physician Associates.
2. We will remove your makeup and cleanse your skin with hibiclens and alcohol. Making the skin as clean as possible decreases the chance of infection.
3. We our map injection points.
4. Inject the neurotoxin.
5. Apply post-injection cream to decrease any chances of bruising from the needle. We try really hard to avoid blood vessels, but honestly, it happens occasionally. It’s a risk when playing with needles. 💉
6. Within the next 2 weeks you’ll notice less movement and the wrinkles start to fade away!
