K comes back to me tomorrow afternoon. I think we are both ready. He’s been with the other side for extra time due to Thanksgiving week.

Last night was his belt promotion and I will post videos when I’m ready.

When you see him this week, make sure to congratulate him on his 3rd STRIPE BROWN BELT 🙌🏽🥳🥳🥳

In his karate school, they earn up to 4 stripes Brown before moving on to 1st degree Black belt. For our kids with differences, this is a HUGE accomplishment and a dedication to training 2 times a week, and helping in class with other students (it’s the karate way for brown belts to help Sensei Witek and even teach if they are ready). My son has been practicing Okinawan karate with Beyond Karate since 2017. I’m a very proud mama this weekend.

Make time for body or your body will take away your time in the future!!

I can say from experience y’all…

It’s been a struggle getting back on my feet physically and mentally but it’s “un día a la vez mija.” 🥰

I was never a gym rat or a group class kinda girl until I signed up for Jazzercise over the summer… and the rest is history! 😂

Especially since Kenneth was walking alongside me and wouldn’t let me miss a class!! 🤣🤣😝🤨

I find this fascinating and it resonates with me. As a woman who was married to this type, and also jumped into a relationship with another man who also exhibits this attachment style. I’m now left thinking that I must do more work on myself so that I don’t attract yet another man with this trait; life is short.

Do the work on yourself and know what you’re looking for and attracting.
