Jenna Tomlinson, LPC
Her work is grounded in an understanding of how past experiences shape present-day patterns, with a primary focus on Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and an Internal Family Systems (IFS)–informed approach.

Remy Radelman, LCSW
Remy has over 15 years in the mental health field, working with a variety of clients within a variety of settings, including inpatient, outpatient and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) levels.
She focuses on adolescent, early and mid-adult therapy services with specific attention to working with suicidal ideation, self-harm, interpersonal relationships, and skills-based practices.

Professional counseling is a second career for Stefanie, though she is not new to the field of counseling. She has been studying human behavior and the process of change while walking alongside and mentoring others for eighteen years. Her previous experience is highlighted by twelve years building cross-cultural teams in the hospitality industry, owning a business for over a decade, working in many countries overseas, serving on two church staffs and with two parachurch ministries.

Stefanie is particularly passionate about helping those who are helping others. From church leaders, ministers, and missionaries to small business owners and those in various areas of service to others, she desires to see her clients flourish and sustain their calling and purpose.
