Grateful for this angel choosing me to be her mama. 💕

Grateful for my mother who’s always supporting me, & because of her, traditional birthwork runs in my dna. 🧬
Having my daughter was just the gift the creator gave me to give me that extra push to follow this divine path. My mother, grandmother, great-grandmother were all parteras in some way shape or form. I’m just living the 2025 modern day version of this divine work.🙏🏽

✨Grateful for every mama who has ever trusted me to guide them throughout their pregnancy and birth experience. There’s a lot of you!🥲 just trust that I love you all deeply and cherish every memory I made with you all helping you guide your babies earthside. 🤍🤍

I had the pleasure of being Bianca’s doula as she welcomed life into this world just 10 days ago. She’s a wonderful mother already and its heartbreaking to see her experiencing this during a time that should be filled with love, quiet moments of just embracing motherhood and soaking up every moment with her newborn…instead she has been going through the most challenging time of her life. does so much for others and she needs community now more than ever.

✨Praying for your healing sweetheart. You are SO protected, loved and supported. 🙏🏽 My heart is aching for you having to go through all of this. But I trust that the divine will provide a way for you to come out of this stronger than before. 🙏🏽🤍🤍

One of the highlights of my 2024 year, was being along side my bestie of 16YRS as she was welcoming life earthside. 🤰🏽🤍

I remember as teens we used to talk about what it would be like for us to be “grown”, living on our own, with our own lives, husbands, kids, careers..etc. look at us now. 😭🙌🏽

You were lowkey my doula in your own way when I had London. 👶🏻💕
Through my pregnancy we learned alot together, and would joke that we were glad I was the “guinea pig” so when ur time would come, I would know how to help you. 🥹

Through my ppd…you loved me anyway.
You would come over anyway.
Without me asking you would hold her and play with her so I could have some much needed time to myself..bc you knew my stubborn ass wouldn’t actually ask for help. 🥹
You would wash my dishes without me asking just bc you knew it would make me feel better.
Your random “just checking on you” texts/calls even when my social meter felt low, never went unnoticed.
I can go on and on. 🤍

I’m blessed to say I chose you as my sister. I’m grateful for you and the fact that we are living out our dreams together. 💕🥰
Looking forward to watching our girls grow up together and go through this motherhood journey with you for life. 🤞🏽

I swear I learn so much at every birth, and that’s the main thing I love about what I do. Every woman is different, every baby is different, every WOMB is different.

I’m not the same doula I was 2yrs ago. With every birth as time goes on I will continue to get better and better, continue to learn more and more because when it comes to birthwork (especially traditional teachings) I am a forever student. I love that. 🤍

Another Ethereal baby has been born. 👶🏽🥹 All praise to the most high. 🙏🏽✨

I NEED TO SAY THIS..🔥
I always get women asking for advice on the best hospital to give birth at.

✅YES the environment you give birth in matters. BUT…

❌if you aren’t familiar with your LEGAL birthing rights..

❌if you haven’t had any childbirth education (even if it’s your 2nd+ baby)..

❌if you (and your birth support partner if you have one) haven’t learned any techniques on how to help comfort you through labor & PP..

➡️Then where ever you give birth at, doesn’t matter AS MUCH as you think it does. 🤷🏽‍♀️ Don’t allow the environment you’re in determine if you will or will not have a good birth experience.
ONLY YOU CAN DETERMINE THAT by educating yourself. The more knowledgeable you are, the more fearless you become.

The power is within you sis, NOT them.

✨As a birth doula myself, I educate my clients on all of these things and more, in order for them to feel empowered and make the best informed decisions for themselves no matter where they are giving birth at. 💕

I believed everything that came out of my Drs mouth over my own intuition… never again.
I blindly trusted them so much because they were “nice” for the most part and gifted me a book to read. I didn’t feel the need to ask questions because I assumed that what ever they were going to do to me had to be the best choice for me and my baby, right?

I don’t even remember them asking me for consent before touching my body period most of the time.

🔥My personal experience is just one of the many reasons that motivate me to educate expecting moms 🤰🏽as much as I can.
