Ask yourself:
What would make my life feel lighter in the next 12 weeks?

It pains me to see so many women do the same thing year after year, expecting a different result.
Self-sabotage isn’t laziness — it’s misalignment.
Identify:
• habits that drain you
• routines you avoid
• the “rules” you keep breaking
That’s not failure. That’s feedback.

Step 3: Build systems, not motivation
Little Miss Already in 2026 knows motivation comes and goes — but systems stay.
I love goal setting, but without a system, goals rarely turn into results.
Consistency comes from structure, not willpower.
