Hello My Meal Prep Peeps! Tomorrow is my very first ever LIVE video! I'm super excited and hope you can join me! I'll be showing you my never fail to peel easily every time 10 minute steamed eggs and my 3 FAV Overnight Oats recipes: Fresh Raspberry & Almond Butter, Chocolate Macadamia Nut w/Triple Berry Compote, Vanilla & Mixed Berry. I've listed the ingredients (plus substitutions) and all the kitchen tools we'll be using to create our recipes. Please reach out with any questions you have and I'm looking forward to seeing you tomorrow!!

Standard Overnight Oats Recipe:
1/2 Cup Old fashioned Oats
1/4 Cup Greek Yogurt (dairy free yogurt if vegan)
1/2 Cup Your Choice of Milk (I use almond milk)
1 TB Maple Syrup (can sub honey)
1 TB Chia Seeds
1-2 TB Almond Butter or nut butter of choice (optional, but recommended)(I'm using Almond Butter & Macadamia Nut Butter)
*Chocolate Protein Powder
*Vanila Protein Powder
*Place all ingredients into a 16oz jar fitted with a lid
*Stir ingredients thoroughly with a spoon in the jar and secure the lid.
*Let overnight oats hangout in the fridge for 2 hours or overnight for best results.
*Top with your favorite fruit, nuts, coconut or fav topping!
Enjoy

Ingredients List:

*Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (not Quick Cooking Oats, they get mushy)
*Milk of Choice (I use almond milk, it doesn't overpower the other flavor profiles, cashew milk is great too)
*Plain Greek yogurt (dairy free if needed) I don't recommend the flavored kinds because they contain a ton of sugar
*Pure Maple syrup (honey is good too)
*Chia Seeds
*Nut Butter of your choice (totally optional but recommended)
---------------
Tools Needed for Overnight Oats:
---------------
*16oz Glass jar or container with a tight fitting lid, such as a mason jar.
*Spoons for nut butter and stirring
*Liquid Measuring Cup or digital scale
*1/4 Cup measuring cup
*1 Tablespoon to measure Maple syrup & chia seeds
--------------
Tools needed for Steamed Eggs:
--------------
*1 Medium to Large Sauce Pan w/Lid
* Steamer Basket
*Slotted Spoon or Skimmer to take eggs out of steamer basket
*Oven Gloves to prevent burning your hands
*Large Bowl for Ice Bath- fill will cold water and ice

Happy Friday My Friends!! I thoroughly enjoyed my second favorite Overnight Oats flavor profile: Chocolate w/Macadamia Nut Butter and with my fresh berry compote. Topped with more fresh berries and nuts! Below is my Standard Overnight Oats Recipe: Just add your favorite fruit, nuts, coconut or whatever suites your fancy!

Standard Overnight Oats Recipe:

1/2 Cup Old fashioned Oats
1/4 Cup Greek Yogurt (dairy free yogurt if vegan)
1/2 Cup Your Choice of Milk (I use almond milk)
1 TB Maple Syrup (can sub honey)
1 TB Chia Seeds
1-2 TB Almond Butter or nut butter of choice (optional, but recommended)

*Place all ingredients into a 16oz jar fitted with a lid.
*Stir ingredients thoroughly with a spoon in the jar and secure the lid.
*Let overnight oats hangout in the fridge for 2 hours or overnight for best results.
*Top with your favorite fruit, nuts, coconut or fav topping!
Enjoy šŸ˜‰

Triple Berry Compote Recipe:

4 Cups Fresh OR Frozen Mixed Berries (raspberries, blueberries, blackberries)
1 Cup Sugar (optional, depends on how sweet you like it or your dietary needs)
1/4 Cup Chia Seeds
Pinch of Salt
1/2 TSP of Pure Vanilla Extract (optional)

*Place berries in a medium to large sauce pan.

*Bring heat to a medium to medium low and allow berries to start break down and make their own juice. Let berries simmer for 15-20 minutes or until berries resemble a chunky jam like consistency. You can add your sugar and the vanilla extract about halfway through or omit it all together.

*Turn off the heat and let cool for about 5-10 minutes and then add the chia seeds and stir well.
*Let cool completely and store in a glass container with lid for 1 week in the fridge or freeze for up to 60 days.
