Dr. Toledo graduated near the top of his class at Southwestern Medical School before completing more than seven years of post-graduate surgical training at prestigious institutions including Duke University Medical Center and Baylor University Medical Center. He founded Highland Park Plastic Surgery Center in 1996 with the goal of providing comprehensive care in a safe, comfortable and private environment. Today, Dr. Toledo is double board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Otolaryngology.
