You need 4 ingredients and less than 5 minutes to whip up this Pumpkin Fruit Dip! Try it out this weekend, and let us know what you think:
Ingredients-
• 2 Tbsp fat-free cream cheese
• 1 Scoop Medi-Weightloss® Spiced Pumpkin Pie Protein Powder
• 5 oz Greek Yogurt, Plain 0% Fat
• 2 Tbsp unsweetened almond milk

Stay on track while traveling this summer with these 4 tips:
1. Pack Healthy Snacks - Protein-packed snacks like our protein bars and shakes will keep you feeling fuller for longer, so you can avoid unhealthy options.
2. Stay Hydrated - A collapsible water bottle is easy to transport and ideal for taking in a carry-on or backpack. Make sure to drink at least half your body weight in ounces of zero-calorie fluids each day and replenish electrolytes.
