Resentment rarely appears overnight.
It builds quietly.
When you override yourself.
When you stay silent.
When you carry more than you should.
At first…
it feels like responsibility.
Like being there for others.
Like doing the right thing.
But over time,
the body begins to hold what was never expressed.
Tension.
Frustration.
Emotional fatigue.
Resentment is often a signal.
Not a flaw.
A signal that something within you
is asking to be acknowledged…
honored…
and gently released.
If this resonates with you…
this is often what we gently support during sessions 🤍
