Our small but growing Thai massage company is looking for a dedicated, Part-time Receptionist to handle client-facing duties as well as general office tasks. When our clients walk into our store, we want them to find a friendly, smiling face, and a helping hand. The ideal candidate has an infectiously positive attitude, excellent communication skills, ability to manage scheduling tasks, sales potential, and a strong work ethic.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet clients as soon as they arrive with Aloha Spirit and make them feel comfortable.
Answer the phone and schedule appointments.
Confirm phone and online appointment bookings.
Process the client transactions.
Help wash and fold the sheets when needed.
Clean the front lobby and shop.
SKILLS

Overachieving attitude and enhanced work ethic
MUST BE HARD WORKING
6 months experience as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant
Exceptional customer service skills and professional phone manner
Ability to assist minor tasks
Working knowledge of marketing terminology and practices
Team player

Saturday 4pm-9pm

Sunday 4pm-8pm

Approximately 20-25 hours per week

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

All staff wear masks. Customers are required to wear masks while walking around the shop.
