What is your contingency when medical infrastructure collapses or is not immediately available due to… reasons?

A simple fuel/water run during a grid-down scenario can become disastrous in an instant. Especially when teammates get injured. As your team’s designated “medic” (by default bc you’re the only one that took a STB/TCCC type of class a while back) do you have the skills & knowledge to develop medical contingencies for such events?
