Day 17: So thankful to have found a rhythm. I look forward to my practice everyday. Things have aligned to allow me to incorporate my time on the mat every single day since I made the commitment. Physically I feel great: strong, relaxed, Emotionally I feel calm and balanced. Mentally my mind is clear. I am thankful.
Day 7: The aches and pains are real, but so is the feeling of relaxation, openness and a quiet, still mind.
And we are on! So thankful for You that trusted in me, at such short notice. May we all heal and grow from this

Peace friends. It is important to play our individual roles in balancing out the energies currently at play on our beautiful planet. In as much as there is currently deep anger and hurt, engaging in activities that nurture our creativity, make us happy, are enjoyable and nourish our soul ensures we stay balanced. Even as we take action to also bring equality and justice in the world, we do so from a calm and balanced place, to create balanced, well thought out, long-term solutions to move us forward. It is important. My 5 cents. Stay strong, stay safe, stay flexible, stay Inspired.

Real lasting change, in whatever capacity, be it a transition to a healthy lifestyle, a change of career, stepping outside one's comfort zone, whatever it is, can only last when it is initiated from within the person who desires the change. ?
One realization I have made over the years is that, people will always do what they want to do, when they want to do it. It is just human nature.
Always look at oneself realistically and reasonably, and one will be less vulnerable to self-delusion, which ultimately will strengthen one's confidence.
Have a wonderful, productive week ahead and be sure to move your body in a way that speaks to you.
I am a woman of few words. Words do not come easy to me and I am finally OK with that. It's important to love oneself as one is. Continually grow and improve/change what you can, but also accept the way that you are. I may never be the smoothest with the words, but whatever comes from me, comes from a place of love and it is my hope that it helps uplift someone somewhere. Thanks for being here. 🦋
