[10/19/20]   Here's a tip for today - make sure you have an accurate medication list (for you, your loved ones), which includes the name of the drug, # of milligrams/units, when you take it (am, pm, bedtime etc.), how many pills you take with each dose, the name of the Rx'ing Dr, allergies and pharmacy contact info. Make sure to include any OTC/supplements as well, as they can interact with Rx meds.

[10/16/20]   Greetings all - it is now Medicare open enrollment period, which runs from 10.15.20 to 12.7.20. This is the time to review your Medicare insurance plans and decide to make any changes, which will then become effective on 1.1.21. If you don't make any changes, the majority (if not all) of insurances will remain in place (supplemental, part D. and of course Advantage plans). To clarify, if you already have Medicare Part A and B, referred to as Traditional Medicare, you are good to go! 10/16/2020
