Hurray, spring is here. Some tips for your feet. If you polish your toenails, think seriously about the new and better toenail polishes. We have Dr's Remedy available in the store. They come in many pretty colors and will help prevent the yellowing caused by other polishes. They also have eliminated the toxic chemicals which are in other polishes.
Watch for dry heels which come with sandals. They are subject to crack and become very painful. Lotion, lotion, lotion.
A note about flip flops. They are not walking shoes. They end up causing a lot of arch and heel pain. We have a great selection of very cute sandals which have arch support built in and will not cause the problems. Once you develop heel and arch pain, it can be very difficult to get rid of it.
Please do not walk barefoot outdoors. The concrete can cause burns to the bottoms of your feet. When applying sunscreen, don't forget about the tops of your feet.

Back in closed toe shoes. Watch for ingrown toenails. It is time to take off the nail polish and give those nails a rest until the spring.
