On Saturday November 15th Rudy will be facilitating our monthly Soundbath at 7pm. Allow the tones of the crystal singing bowls to wisk you away into a clam and loving space. This Soundbath is focused on opening ourselves up to gratitude and love as we approach the holidays. We will be letting go in order to receive.
