My kids are a huge part of this business, too and they get just as excited as I do when it’s time to pack orders. Their favorite part about it all is drawing on your thank-you notes.

Every product in my shop is handcrafted in small batches—slow, intentional, and made with herbs grown right here in the US. When you shop with me this season, you’re supporting the heart of a small business and the hands that make it.

When you shop small this season, you aren’t just supporting my herbal creations… you’re supporting a homeschool family, a dream built from home, and the tiny hands that love helping behind the scenes. Thank you!

Sip & Swap Party

A community swap + local vendor market

This season is all about giving — to our community, to each other, and to the earth. 💛

Join us for a cozy Sip & Swap Party on Saturday, November 16th from 11–3 at Painted Tree Outpost in McKinney!

Sip on organic herbal tea blends, swap your gently loved items, shop from a few local vendors, and support a great cause — all in one afternoon.

🎟 $5 Entry (via Venmo or PayPal) — 100% of proceeds go directly to the Community Food Pantry of McKinney.

🧺 Bring clean, gently used items like women’s & maternity clothing, kids’ clothes, postpartum items, baby items, toys, and books, shoes and accessories.

How it works:

Check in, sort your items when you arrive, shop the swap, browse local vendors, and take home as many items as you’d like!

All leftover pieces will be donated to local families in need.

If you can’t attend but still want to contribute, you’re welcome to donate items — please drop them off by Nov 11 in Mckinney, or bring them to the Wellness Crawl in Oak Cliff on Nov 8 where I’ll be a vendor. Please DM for the exact location.

Why swap?
Because money can be tight, and swapping gives us a way to refresh wardrobes without spending a dime.
Because so many clothes end up in landfills due to fast fashion — swapping helps us upcycle and reduce waste.
Because it’s a beautiful way to give new life to items and connect with others in our community.

Let’s come together to give new life to what we already have and support our neighbors this holiday season.

Hope to see you there!

The first time around, everyone had advice for the baby — what gear to buy, how to get sleep, what I “should” be doing. But no one talked about how I needed to prepare myself.

That’s why I created Nourished Postpartum: The Meal Planning Guide.

✨ 51 pages of recipes, tips, and healing wisdom
✨ 29 warming meals, drinks, and snacks
✨ Herbs + foods that support recovery

These aren’t just postpartum recipes — they’ve become staples in our home for over 6 years. Perfect for new moms, for gifting, or simply for cozy fall + winter meals.

Because healing after birth deserves more than a freezer full of lasagna.

💌 Comment “YES” if you want me to DM you the link as soon as it launches or tag a friend who needs this on her postpartum journey.

Did you know that eating ice-cold snacks like watermelon right after birth can actually slow down your healing?

In Ayurveda, postpartum is a time of vata imbalance—your body is already cold, light, and depleted. Chilled foods only add more of those qualities, leading to sluggish digestion, bloating, and slower recovery.

✨ The fix? Let fruit and snacks come to room temperature before eating. That simple pause supports your digestion, circulation, and warmth—exactly what your body needs to heal.

This is just one of the simple, healing food tips inside my Postpartum Meal Planning Guide (coming soon!). It’s packed with recipes, prep tips, and nourishing wisdom to make your recovery smoother and your meals easier.

I used to think being “rich” meant hustling hard, keeping a full calendar, having a spotless home, and always staying two steps ahead.

But over the years—through motherhood, marriage, entrepreneurship, and plenty of mistakes—I’ve learned that real richness looks very different.

Every season is sacred—even the loud, messy, overstimulating ones.

You don’t need to do more.
You don’t need to be more.
You just need to be.

And real talk? I still struggle with a lot of this.
I get tired, overstimulated, and worn down from having to be the creative, calm one.
But I’m still here—trying to be the best mom for my kids and the best version of myself.

That’s what rich really looks like to me. 💛

Birth itself isn’t always what leaves women feeling broken.
It’s being ignored.
It’s being rushed.
It’s being told, “You don’t know what’s best for your body.”
It’s being made to feel like a problem or a number—not a person.

Birth trauma is real—and it often has nothing to do with how a baby was born, and everything to do with how a woman was treated.

You deserved better.

If your birth experience still lives in your body, you’re not alone.
Let this be your reminder:
It’s never too late to start healing.
