So it's been a minute since I posted. I've been busy with my son's 8th birthday coming up here in a few days.

But let me get real with you guys for a sec. I've been slacking this week tbh. I haven't had much time for the gym and I haven't been eating the healthiest. I haven't been doing BAD, just have been on a brief hiatus from my usual routine. I've been at a plataeu hovering around 210 for a couple weeks now and I have just taken a break to really enjoy my life. I will be resuming normal programming tomorrow ✌🏻
