The Plastic Surgery Center of Dallas, office of Dr. Rachel Walker, has a beautiful onsite surgical facility including a state-of-the-art operating room and comfortable recovery facility. We have been fully licensed and accredited as an AAAASF facility since 1995. One of our staff will be happy to provide you with a tour of our facility in non-operating times. It is the mission of the American Association for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgery Facilities, Inc. (AAAASF) to develop and implement standards of excellence to ensure the highest quality of patient safety through an accreditation program. Accredited facilities must meet 100% of the standards set by AAAASF for accreditation through regular on-site inspections.

I’ve seen too many complications from surgeries that were done to meet a request rather than to honor what someone’s body could safely support.

One of the most meaningful parts of my work is helping patients align their vision with what surgery can realistically achieve!

Sometimes a wish list doesn’t fully match what’s safe, healthy, or possible for the body...and that’s okay.

My role is to listen closely, understand your goals, and then guide you with honesty about what surgery can deliver. That may mean adjusting expectations, refining the plan, or exploring alternative approaches that still honor your desired outcome.

I believe in having open, respectful conversations where patients feel heard and supported. With empathy and transparency, we can bridge the gap between what’s imagined and what’s achievable, always with safety, natural results, and your long-term wellbeing at the center. 🖤
