She specializes in adult ADHD + autism evaluations—with a unique approach designed especially for those adults who’ve been overlooked, misdiagnosed, or left wondering why things feel harder than they should.

Her approach is trauma-informed, affirming, and built for the realities we see in the therapy room —looking at masking, sensory differences, and overlapping diagnoses. This is how she ensures that your diagnostic report and recommendations for workplace accommodation and supportive therapies actually make sense. No cookie cutter reports coming out of this clinic!!

For the individuals who are:
– high-functioning and completely overwhelmed
– carrying trauma that won’t stay in the past

Jana specializes in adapting counseling methods for the neurodivergent brain, because trauma is experienced and stored in the ADHD and autistic brain differently. Using EMDR and other therapeutic modalities, Jana will help you heal from past pain while also developing practical coping strategies.

We’ve been growing—and we’re leaning into what we do best.

Spark + Pivot is a team of clinicians focused on neurodiversity-affirming counseling and assessment for adults. ADHD. Autism. AuDHD. Trauma. Relationships. Careers.

Support for people who have spent a long time adapting, masking, or trying to make systems work that weren’t built for them. We process, we provide resources, and advocate. Because the work goes so far beyond the counseling room.

This work feels especially important right now.

We’ll hold space to process the pain, confusion, and helplessness that many are feeling in the wake of the devastating news out of the hill country. ⚡️Sunday Sparks⚡️ if you need a little dose of inspiration as you head into this final full week before the holidays - look no further than F Scott Fitzgerald. The holidays can be a time of hope and magic, wishful thinking and what-ifs. But, if your stress bubbles up despite your best efforts; painful past experiences are coming into sharp focus; or you’re struggling - but don’t really know why - there is nothing wrong with you.

It 👏 is 👏 so 👏 human👏 to carry hope with fear; grief with gratitude; wishfulness with regret. It’s not too late to ask for help or to change your pathway in pursuit of healing and growth.

⚡️Sunday Sparks ⚡️ came in the form of a beautiful poem by . She takes the reader down a figurative memory lane and delivers them to the most comforting front door. The gifts of perspective, perseverance, and gratitude are bundled in a way that feel so intimately familiar yet universally true in her writing.

I share this with the growth-minded cycle-breakers in mind. Pause for a moment and take stock of how far you’ve come. You cannot erase the memories of what you’ve survived; but you can find relief and create meaning in your growth process. You are already stronger and wiser than your younger self could have ever imagined.
