106 years, a life beautifully lived — and a celebration to match. 🎂
Elba McDonald recently marked her 106th birthday surrounded by loved ones and her AccentCare Hospice team in Boston, Massachusetts. With cake, flowers, and plenty of laughter, she shared her birthday wish: “to continue to stay well.”

Moments like this are a reminder of what an honor it is to walk alongside patients and families through life’s most meaningful chapters.
