We are looking for Full Time and Weekend Team Members and looking to fill positions immediately!!

Must be available to work Saturdays 8am-5pm and Sundays from 10am-2pm or Monday through Friday 8am-5pm.

Position is ideal for students looking for experiencing in Health Care, someone that is employed full-time or any other individuals looking for part-time hours during the evenings and weekend.

Position is hybrid, you will float throughout our office as a Receptionist and Client Services Representative. Duties include assisting with tasks such as CMN Management, Prior Authorizations, Processing Orders, Scheduling Fittings/Appointments, etc.

Bilingual is a plus but not requirement.

If it was easy, everyone would be doing it. That's what they say huh?

Well, let's make it easy! Eating healthy can be fun, convenient and can flat out save our life. Type 2 Diabetes is the most prevalent type of the diabetes but can 100% be avoided. Previously, it was developed as you become an adult but now more of the youth is developing Type 2 Diabetes. Let's FUEL our bodies and treat them good by giving it healthy foods and encourage those around us to do the same, our bodies deserve it.

Of the adults diagnosed with diabetes from 2008 and 2018, 15% were smokers, 89% were overweight and 38% were physically inactive, yikes!

You can make the change in moderations. Start by replacing one of those sodas you drink a day with a glass of water, replace that bowl of ice cream with a bowl of fruit, replace the bag of chips for unsalted nuts. Do it at a pace that you are comfortable with.

A successful candidate for the Refill Specialist position will be a dynamic, detailed-oriented, organized individual. This position requires strong, exception customer service skills with proper phone etiquette. Our Refill Specialist position requires an individual that is able to multi-task with the ability to manage a heavy call volume. As our refill specialist, you will be contacting our patients to facilitate the delivery of their monthly medical supplies as well as working directly with physicians and their staff to perform the necessary steps to properly process their orders. You will also serve as a support and relief to the remainder of the Client Services with tasks including not limited to Referral Intake, Hospital Orders, and Referral Follow-Ups. You will be required to handle a range of task under pressure as this is a fast-pace environment but much detail is still required. The ideal candidate will be organized, self-motivated, detailed-oriented and exercise great judgment. One Source Medical is a growing organization so we are seeking an individual willing to work hard but with much reward.

Key Responsibilities:
• Directly contacting patients to facilitate deliveries within 28-30 days from their last date of service
• Working directly with patients and their doctors and clinic to ensure updated orders are maintained
• Preparing Detailed Physician Orders to ensure we are compliant with all requirements set forth by the insurance company to dispense patients’ medical supplies and/or equipment
• Sustaining the Refill Call Queue to ensure calls are answered in a timely manner and not abandoned
• Serve as support to our Client Services Team as needed (Training in each department will be provided)
• Perform key administrative duties including telephone coverage and faxes as necessary
• Confidentially handle day to day operations and tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Other duties as assigned

Experience and Skill Requirements:
• Positive attitude and professionalism are required
• High school diploma required. College degree is preferred but not required.
• Exceptional time management and prioritizing abilities
• Responds quickly and appropriately in situations with ability to work effectively as a team member
• Ability to constantly adapt to the changes that takes place in a Healthcare based work environment
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred but not required
• Must be skilled in Microsoft Office software, experience with Brightree is preferred (not required)
• Effective communication skills for accurate, concise and organized oral and written presentation and reports to patient and staff.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to build professional relationships with physicians, referral sources, therapists and patients.
• Extremely self-sufficient and motivated with a strong ability to multi-task in a busy environment is required.
• Shifts: Monday-Saturday 11am-5pm, Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm with every other Saturday 8am-5pm; part time positions available with flexibility Monday-Saturday 8am-5pm, at least 2 Saturdays a month is required for all shifts
• Rate: $13-$15/hour, based on skills and experience

A successful candidate for the Executive Assistant will be a dynamic, knowledgeable individual that exemplifies leadership and exceptional customer service with the ability to problem solve and take the initiative to make informed decisions. As the Executive Assistant you will be working directly with the General Manager to offset some of their duties and responsibilities as well as serving as a bridge between the General Manager and the office staff. It is required that you provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to the General Manager. You will be required to handle a range of task under pressure as this is a fast-pace environment but much detail is still required. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, detailed-oriented and exercise great judgment. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage scheduling for appointment, meetings and conference calls for General Manager
• Prepare briefs for the daily schedule of the General Manager as well as meetings as needed
• Perform key administrative duties including telephone coverage and faxes as necessary
• Coordinate any staff meetings and training with Team Leadership (including creating team meeting briefs), as applicable
• Serve as support to our Refill and Client Services Team as needed (Training in each department will be provided)
• Prepare draft bids and proposals for any contracting opportunities
• Prepare reports detailing inventory and supply usage for various vendors
• Work with Vendors and Manufacturers to ensure we are operating with low overhead cost
• May be responsible for organizing office supplies and within General Manager’s office
• Assist with overseeing and organizing promotional and marketing material/events
• Confidentially handle day to day operations and tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Other duties as assigned

Experience and Skill Requirements:
