Breast revision after tuberous breast deformity.
This patient previously had implants placed behind the muscle and was left with a wide, unnatural gap and a persistent tuberous appearance.

For her revision, I converted the pocket to subfascial, added an internal bra for support, transitioned her to Motiva implants, and performed a circumareolar lift. The goal was a softer contour, improved upper pole fullness, and a more natural appearing breast separation.
