What if your surgery recovery didn’t have to include brain fog, nausea, or constipation?
JOURNAVX is the first new FDA-approved pain medication in over 20 years, and it’s changing the way we think about recovery. It works on peripheral nerve receptors, not your brain, meaning it’s as effective as hydrocodone for moderate to severe acute pain without the downsides of opioids.
Narcotic-free recovery isn’t just possible. It’s what you deserve.

The consultation is about more than just what you want done. It’s about whether you trust the person doing it.
Plastic surgery is concierge medicine. You’re going to spend real time with this doctor before, during, and after your procedure. That relationship matters. If something about the interaction feels off, if you leave the consultation feeling unsettled, that’s information. Listen to it. Don’t book the surgery.
You should genuinely like your doctor. Not just feel okay about them. Like them.

Is Motiva Preservé right for you?

Here are three signs you might be a great candidate:

• You like how your breasts look in a push-up bra, but wish they looked like that all the time.
• You already have a reasonable amount of breast tissue and want a very natural result.
• You want better upper fullness and projection while preserving as much of your natural breast anatomy as possible.

Motiva Preservé isn’t the best option for everyone. Patients with significant drooping, very little upper pole tissue, or those wanting a dramatic size increase may be better suited to other approaches.

The right technique always depends on your anatomy and your goals, which is something we review carefully during consultation.

Not all surgeons are the same, and this is one of the most important things to understand before you book a consultation.
Board certified plastic surgeons hold accreditation from the American Board of Medical Specialties, the gold standard in surgical credentialing. That certification comes after years of rigorous training, and here’s the part most people don’t realize: it’s completely voluntary. No state requires it. Which means a board certified plastic surgeon has gone above and beyond what the law demands, because they chose to.
When you’re researching your surgeon, make sure that box is checked. It tells you your doctor is committed to the highest level of training, safety, and outcomes.

Two years out from a male neck lift and the results speak for themselves. A tight, defined jawline that looks completely natural, and scars that have essentially disappeared.
A well-placed scar sits quietly in front of the earlobe, follows the natural hairline, and leaves no trace of distortion around the ear. When the technique is right, there’s nothing to see.
Men are increasingly one of the fastest-growing groups seeking facial rejuvenation, and results like this show why. No one needs to know. They just notice you look great.

If your implants are 30 to 40 years old, there is a good chance they are ruptured. 👀
Here is the thing though. A ruptured saline implant is pretty obvious (it deflates), but silicone? Not always so easy to spot. That is why in-office ultrasound has become such a game changer. Patients can actually SEE what is happening inside their own body in real time, right on an iPad.
And once they see a rupture for themselves? They tend to book surgery immediately!
The good news: a rupture is not always an emergency. But it is absolutely something to address.

“I want an internal bra. I definitely do not need a breast lift.” We hear this all the time. 👀
Here is the truth: an internal bra is scaffolding. It supports the structure inside. But if your ni***es are pointing downward, or there is excess skin on the lower part of the breast, no amount of internal support is going to fix that. You need a lift.
Knowing the difference could save you from a result you are not happy with.

One tool I’m finding increasingly helpful for patients recovering after surgery is hyperbaric oxygen therapy.

In a hyperbaric chamber, patients breathe higher concentrations of oxygen at increased pressure. This allows oxygen to dissolve more efficiently into the bloodstream and reach tissues that are actively healing.

After procedures such as facelifts, tummy tucks, and breast surgery, the body is working hard to restore circulation and repair tissue. Increasing oxygen delivery can help support the healing process.

Many patients experience less swelling, faster recovery, and improved wound healing as a result.

Hyperbaric oxygen therapy isn’t necessary for every patient, but for those seeking enhanced recovery after surgery, it can be a very valuable tool.

Your surgeon said it would be simple. It never is. 👀
Revision breast surgery can take 2 to 4x longer than a primary augmentation and for good reason. Loosened tissue, pocket changes, potential mesh placement, skin tightening, a possible breast lift… it all adds up.

A rhinoplasty shouldn’t just look good.
You still have to breathe.

Many of the techniques used to reshape the nose can also affect the airway. For example, reducing the bridge of the nose and narrowing the nasal bones can unintentionally tighten the internal nasal valve, which is one of the most important areas for airflow.

That’s why a good rhinoplasty isn’t just about aesthetics. It’s about balancing appearance with function so patients leave with a nose that both looks great and works well.
