Choosing the right implant is not about guessing a cup size. It is about precision.
When I size patients for breast implants, I start by measuring the chest wall and breast dimensions. The base width determines how wide the implant can be, while the projection (or profile) determines how far it comes forward.

From there, we use 3D imaging to visualize different sizes on the patient’s own body. It is not about picking a number. It is about finding the proportions that truly fit you.

It is part art, part science, and completely personalized.

Capsular contracture is the most common complication after breast implants. Scar tissue can tighten around the implant, making the breast feel hard, look misshapen, or become uncomfortable.

The hump she once disliked is gone, replaced with a natural flow that complements her face. With closed rhinoplasty, every incision is hidden inside the nostrils so there is no visible scar. Open rhinoplasty uses a small incision between the nostrils for greater access in more complex cases.
