✨ Memory Tree Lighting Ceremony ✨
Monday evening was truly something special. Our community gathered together, from current families, former families, friends, and team members, to honor our loved ones who are living with or have passed from Dementia and Alzheimer’s. Seeing everyone decorate ornaments, share stories, and stand together in the glow of the tree was a beautiful reminder of the love that connects us all.
A heartfelt thank you to Trinity Hospice for providing our Memory Tree and to their Chaplain, Darin, for sharing such thoughtful and comforting words during the ceremony. Your support means more than you know.
Thank you to everyone who joined us. These moments bring light to the season in the most meaningful way. 💜✨

You’re Invited to Our Memory Tree Lighting Ceremony! 🎄
Monday, December 8th | Ornament Decorating at 4:30 PM | Ceremony at 5:30 PM
We warmly welcome our families, loved ones, and the community to join us for a heartfelt evening of remembrance and celebration.
Arrive at 4:30 PM to decorate an ornament in honor of someone special while enjoying hot chocolate and Christmas cookies. Our Memory Tree Lighting Ceremony will begin at 5:30 PM, as we take time to honor those currently living with Dementia and Alzheimer’s, and to lovingly remember those who have passed.
We hope you’ll join us for this meaningful tradition. ❤️
