Our residents enjoyed a Seafood Basket with crispy French fries, creamy coleslaw, warm dinner rolls, and blushed pears 🍐✨

🏡💙 There’s nothing better than seeing another resident happy, healthy, and able to return home! 💙🏡

Today we’re celebrating Mr. Moreno as he graduates home! 🎉👏 It has been our privilege to care for him, support him, and be part of his journey as he regained the strength needed to return home safely.

Moments like these remind us why nursing care matters so much—helping residents heal, regain confidence, and reach their goals so they can get back to the people and places they love. Our team is incredibly happy to see Mr. Moreno smiling and heading home! 😊🏠

What a fantastic day celebrating National Nursing Home Week with our amazing residents and dedicated staff! ❤️ Today was all about appreciation, fun, and making memories together!

We treated everyone to a delicious Walking Taco employee & resident appreciation event 🌮😋 and turned up the excitement with a Nursing Home Week Scavenger Hunt full of laughs, teamwork, and a little friendly competition! 🗺️🏆🔍

Moments like these are what make Historic Terrell Healthcare Center feel like family—bringing residents and staff together to celebrate, connect, and enjoy the joy in each day.

Making Great Progress in Therapy! 💪💙

This resident is making wonderful progress with bed mobility and upper body strengthening! 👏 Through active therapy, she is needing less assistance with rolling, scooting, and repositioning in bed, showing increased strength, balance, and independence.

Her improved trunk control, sitting balance, and upper body strength are helping her participate more in daily activities and transfers with greater confidence. We love celebrating these meaningful wins! ✨
