The Center for Spine Interventions and Rehabilitation Specialists of Georgia provides innovative, comprehensive, and effective treatment of spine pain. We utilize a combination of minimally invasive nonsurgical therapeutic techniques such as epidural injections of the cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine, joint injections for arthritis, and advanced physical therapy to restore the highest quality of life. Each physician has specialty fellowship training in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of cervical, thoracic, and lumbar degenerative disorders and other pain syndromes. We have special rehabilitation programs for the injured worker to return back to productive and meaningful employment.
