Folks, it has been a while since Ive posted something on this site. Well here goes, so much has happened in the last year but still were still here and doing great work as usual despite, USCIS slow downs and court postponements. We still are located in Downtown Dallas and do full service Immigration work. That means court cases, family petitions and appeals. Our staff is here and ready with expertise and a great attitude. Just received a text message from one of our nicest clients and master French restaurateurs. He became a U.S. Citizen after many many years of being a Lawful Permanent Resident. Bona petite---Jean enjoy your next meal as a US citizen

Today our firm made a Lawful Permanent Resident of a gentleman who came in two years ago beat up and an emotional wreck from a abusive relationship he was in for years, yes, if your a man you can be abused by a spouse and obtain your residence via VAWA (battered spouse petition), This was a real battle for me and my firm.............kudos to us and your new LPR.........Congrats to our dear client.

A big win for our firm, a year and half ago, a client came in to file overseas papers for his wife. We tried to bring her in on a humanitarian visa, the USCIS denied it without even reviewing this veterans absolute qualifications for this emgergency visa. We filed a I-130 and pushed for immediate results and actually got em, not a easy feat considering the age difference between the USC and his spouse ( usually its a big fight). yesterday the couple appeared for a counselor processing interview and now his spouse is on her way to America !! As a green card holder. Congrats to our newest resident.

Another citizen on the way ! This time this gentleman did not to take the exam. There exist a proceedure to obtain citizenship if a learning disability exist. To do so, one must file a USCIS form N-648. This form requires that a licensed physician diagnose and certify this condition and sign the form designating that the applicant cannot learn or read nor write due to the disability. We are now 100% on these types of applications. That's an accomplishment. These types of cases are hard to achieve. Congratulations to our new United States Citizen. Yea!

Another score for Turin and Esquenazi. yesterday we (TG) immigrated another person under the I601A program. Essentially if you have an immediate relative whom can petition for you then a provisional waiver can be filed for unlawful presence. This allows for a consular interview which if successful ( we are 100%) then an applicant can reenter the US with a immigrant visa and recieve a green card. We just love this when it happens. Congrats to our latest GC holder.
