Back Pain Exercises
"Stretching and an active lifestyle are often recommended to help reduce back pain and speed up the recovery process following an injury. Depending on one’s individual injury and level of pain, the exercise and rehabilitation program may vary. The key is to start slowly and increase the repetitions as you feel stronger."

Interesting read on something chiropractors have been talking about for years.
"As you know, healthcare is broken. For me, it was no longer a feasible option to stay practicing within it, as a primary care doctor, the way it's headed. I absolutely loved my patients, and the relationships I made, but I was no longer in control or truly making decisions. I predict that if change isn't made, more doctors will follow suit.... Mine was a decision that had been long in the making, as regulation after regulation tightened its grasp where beautiful health decision-making was concerned."

Chiropractic really works! Washington Nationals pitcher Max Scherzer was scratched from his start in Game 5 of the World Series because of neck pain but, thanks to team chiropractor Hirad Bagy, was back on the mound for Game 7 and pitched well, helping to lead the Nats to a 4-3 series win over the Houston Astros. Not great news for Astros fans, but a big win for chiropractic!
"Create new healthy rituals by leaning fully into what will happen if you continue down your stress habits. Lyle suggests asking yourself, “What path am I headed down if I continue this behavior?” Fully experience the feelings that come up. Someone trained in proper stress response will recognize the markers, understand the relationship, and break the cycle to neutralize the anxiety, he says."

According to a survey conducted by the Aspen Institute’s Project Play, “Most youth do not get the recommended levels of one hour of daily physical activity. Further, the new survey suggests that kids are rarely quitting sports so they can try other sports. Only 15% of the time that was the case, according to parents. Most often (36% of the time), their child just stopped enjoying or lost interest in a sport.”

Moreover, each steroid injection increases the risk of spinal fracture by 21 percent. (2)
This treatment may provide temporary pain relief, but may also have serious side effects.
