October is mental health awareness month. Each year, millions of Americans face the reality of living with a mental health condition. Mental illness can affect anyone directly or indirectly through family, friends, or coworkers. It's so important to check up on those around you to make sure they are doing okay. Just a simple "how are you doing," goes much further than you think - and can make someone feel loved and seen.

We're celebrating one year of The Source! Whether you're a patient or supporter of our organization, we're so grateful that you've joined us in our mission to empower women with better choices.
