The Sun has now entered sidereal Virgo which is connected to healing and health! For the past month the Sun which represents our vitality and immune system was with Ketu which has the energy of "nah, we're not doing this," resulting in all kinds of odd colds, flus and whatnot.

Here's a lovely Chandra mandala. It depicts the moon and the 15 tithis (lunar days) of each half of the lunar cycle. This imagery makes me very happy.

Happy day after the full moon - aka Krishna Pratipat - the first lunar day of the waning moon cycle.

Phew! We made it through the full moon lunar eclipse yesterday...let's all take a deep breath as the dust settles and we pause in the energy in anticipation of the new moon solar eclipse on the 21st. The energy is going to be a bit scattered, so best to not start anything new between the eclipses.

I was working the yesterday and could feel the eclipse starting right before noon my time. It's hard to explain what I was experiencing, except that it was very similar to what I felt during the total solar eclipse in April of 2024 where I was also very busy doing readings. Waves of uplifting energy were welling up inside me. It was exhilarating, expansive (no wonder - Jupiter was aspecting the moon) and slightly unnerving all at the same time. I stayed present, chanted some mantras internally and got centered.

I don't think it's any coincidence I also did the most readings I've ever done at this fair. I was confident and the readings flowed. Hence, I don't have any photos of me there like I usually do!

What an exciting day!

🦁 I'm in a Jupiter dasha, and this activates my natal Jupiter in LEO located in my 10th house of career

🦁 The New Moon in LEO on August 23rd happened in the same house

🦁 I submitted an astrology article on Pope LEO to a magazine that I'll get paid for!

What's next? Can't wait to find out!

All I want to do now is ROAR and shake my mane in excitement!

It's official! I submitted my application to Going with Grace End of Life Planners for Death Doula training a few weeks ago and got my reply yesterday.

Officially enrolled this afternoon, the training begins in about 3 weeks!

Excited to step into this new space where I can further share and serve others with all the skills and expertise I've accumulated over the past 30 years.
