The Mercy Award is named after LifePoint Health’s founding Chairman and CEO, Scott Mercy. It recognizes one employee at each hospital who best exemplifies the spirit and values upon which the company was founded. Mercy Award winners consistently go beyond the call of duty in serving patients and the community, demonstrate a level of commitment and caring that transcends the everyday, respect others in everything they do, and inspire others with compassion, dedication and a merciful spirit.

The 2025 Mercy Award winner for Methodist Rehabilitation Hospital is Ethan Clark.
