SHC has basic programs available which provide students with the education they need in order to become Licensed Massage Therapists in the State of Texas, as well as Nationally Certified Massage Therapists. SHC has Continuing Education and Advanced courses available for L.M.T.s looking to sharpen their skills and enhance their career.

Sterling Spa is a family-owned full-service Day Spa that has experienced Licensed Massage Therapists (L.M.T.’s) who provide a wide variety of massage modalities, including Deep tissue, Therapeutic, Pregnancy/Prenatal, Sports, and more.

Our building is also shared with Sterling Health Center Massage School (“SHC”) which offers massages from Student Interns for as little as $35.00 per hour! Sterling Health Center has played a leading role in Massage Therapy Services and Education in Dallas since 1991. We take pride in giving our students a customized education. SHC has basic programs available which provide students with the education they need in order to become Licensed Massage Therapists in the State of Texas, as well as Nationally Certified Massage Therapists.
