It’s the SMALl habits. Not the big ones!!!

You don’t have to cut out rice/ roti/ ghee/ potatoes/ banana.. but THIS.. the hidden sugar.. the hidden palm oil in food.. the hidden unhealthy food disguised as healthy.

You can cut out basic food/ carbs only for a while but these small habits will take you way ahead in your fitness journey!

That’s what we do in our 100 days fitness challenge too. We don’t do crazy workouts everyday but we build small habits.

Postpartum life update. The last slide is FOR REAL 🤡😽
Completing 8 months Pp In 10 days and this is what I achieved in terms of physical fitness.

1 . Lost 7 kgs
2. Fit into size S again.( not that it’s a parameter or it matters)
3. Ran more than 200 kms.😈 ( runner girl in me happy af). Starting running continuously only after 4 months PP.
4. Did more than 75 strength training sessions.

Additional meals I eat-

✅A portion of green veggies with 2 gf rotis and curd
✅A fruit in the evening with a cup of black coffee
✅100 grams chicken with grilled veggies

10 years ago, on 26th April 2016, I started this business with just ₹3000, a dream, and belief bigger than my circumstances.

I had no roadmap. Just passion, purpose, and the courage to begin.

In these 10 years, my life changed completely.
This business shaped me, stretched me, and gave me a purpose far beyond what I imagined. What started with ₹3000 has grown into impacting thousands of lives.

A decade later, I’m full of gratitude for every lesson, every setback, every breakthrough.

10 years complete… and I feel like we’re only getting started💪🏻
