- 36 one bedroom apartments & 4 two bedroom apartments
- Provides reduced rentals to very low, low and moderate income housing for those 62 years of age or older, handicapped or disabled regardless of age.
- Rent is based on income & rental assistance from USDA RD.

✨ A Night Filled With Music & Memories ✨

Our residents enjoyed a truly special evening with a select group from the N.E. Philharmonic! The beautiful music had everyone smiling, singing along, and sharing stories of days gone by.

Hearing them say, “I just love this music,” and seeing those ear-to-ear smiles reminded us how meaningful these moments are. 💛

It was a night to remember — and one we’ll cherish for a long time. 🎶

🦃🥧 Thanksgiving Prep is in Full Swing!

Our nursing residents rolled up their sleeves and got into the holiday spirit today — baking homemade pumpkin pies that smell as good as they look! 😍

From mixing and measuring to perfecting those delicious pie fillings, they did an amazing job and had plenty of laughs along the way. There’s nothing like a little baking to bring everyone together for Turkey Day!

Our Meadows Auxiliary ladies were *busy bees* this weekend—whipping up delicious homemade pumpkin rolls for our annual Pumpkin Roll Fundraiser! 🎃🍰

There was plenty of flour flying, sugar stirring, laughter echoing… and yes, a whole lot of FUN!

A huge thank you to our amazing team members and wonderful community for supporting our Auxiliary year after year. 💛
Every dollar raised goes directly toward enriching the lives of our Nursing Home and Personal Care residents—and we couldn’t do it without you!

💚Today, we gathered together for a Holiday Memorial Service, hosted by Compassionate Care Hospice and Pastor Dennis Gray. This special service gives us a meaningful moment to honor and remember the residents who have completed their journey in this life. Their presence continues to live on in the stories, laughter, and love they shared with all of us.

🙏Our Team Members at both the Meadows Nursing Center and Meadows Manor also received the Blessing of the Hands — a beautiful ritual of dedication and purpose. This blessing recognizes the compassion, strength, and care our staff offer each day, symbolizing hands that heal, comfort, and serve with love.

We are grateful for everyone who joined us in reflection, remembrance, and unity. Moments like these remind us of the importance of community, compassion, and the meaningful connections we share.

🐾 A PAWS-itively Wonderful Morning at The Meadows! 🐾

Our furry friend Edison and our amazing volunteer Lisa stopped by to visit our nursing residents today — and wow, did they bring the smiles! 😄💛

Edison’s big personality and love for entertaining had everyone laughing, petting, and enjoying a little extra joy to start the day. It’s incredible how much happiness one fluffy visitor can bring!

Thank you, Lisa, for sharing Edison with us — our residents are already looking forward to their next visit! 🐶✨

🎓 Student Spotlight! 🎓

We’d like to give a big thank you to Logan Bindulsky, a senior at Lake-Lehman High School, for choosing The Meadows Manor as part of his Senior Project! 💙

Logan jumped right in and helped with so many of our favorite events — from our Summer Barbecue Party and Food Truck Friday competitions to our Father’s Day Party, Grandparents Day, “Table o’ Treats” and Cash Bingo Fundraiser. His positive energy and kindness made a lasting impression on residents and staff alike.

Logan plans to attend Misericordia University to study Physical Therapy, and we know he’ll make an incredible impact in the field! 🌟
