If you have Parkinson’s and you want to get from here to there more efficiently, straighten up your posture before you do anything else! Add visual targets while you move to boost your movements and try to touch a target so you know how big you’re moving! It’s harder to know where you are in space with Parkinson’s, which is why practicing with targets is essential. Simply put, they offer feedback about the quality of your movement and help you maintain contact with orientation to your surroundings in a safe way!
