Your jaw is locked. Or clicking. Or aching so badly you can't chew without wincing.

In Chinese Medicine, the jaw is where we often hold unexpressed anger, frustration, and stress. When the Liver and Gallbladder meridians (which run through the jaw) are out of balance, TMJ symptoms flare.

Acupuncture helps by:
● Releasing tension in the jaw muscles and fascia
● Calming the nervous system (to reduce clenching)
● Addressing the emotional stress that's being stored in your body
● Improving circulation and reducing inflammation

Here’s a clean, nourishing version that tastes like a Reese’s egg but with better ingredients:

🥜🍫 Healthy Peanut Butter Chocolate Easter Eggs

Ingredients (filling):
• 1 cup natural peanut butter
• 1/4 cup maple syrup
• 1/3 cup collagen peptides
• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
• Pinch of sea salt

Chocolate coating:
• 1–1½ cups dark chocolate chips
• 1 tsp coconut oil (optional, for smoother melting)
• Flaky sea salt for topping

Instructions

1. Make the filling
• In a bowl, mix peanut butter, maple syrup, collagen, vanilla, and salt.
• Stir until thick and dough-like.
If it’s too soft, add a little more collagen. Too firm? Add a tiny splash of maple syrup.

2. Shape the eggs
• Scoop about 1–2 tbsp and form into egg shapes.
• Place on a parchment-lined tray.
• Freeze for 20–30 minutes (this step is key so they don’t fall apart when dipping).

3. Melt the chocolate
• Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil using a double boiler or microwave (20–30 sec intervals, stirring each time).

4. Dip
• Using a fork, dip each frozen egg into the chocolate.
• Let excess drip off, then place back on parchment.

5. Finish
• Sprinkle with flaky sea salt while chocolate is still wet.
• Chill in fridge until set (about 10–15 minutes).

Optional upgrades
• Add 1–2 tbsp cocoa powder to the filling for a deeper chocolate flavor
• Mix in crushed nuts or chia seeds for texture
• Swap peanut butter for almond or cashew butter if needed

Storage
• Keep in the fridge up to 1 week or freeze for longer (they’re amazing slightly frozen)

Warm lighting. Soft music. A table that's more comfortable than most people expect.

I designed this space to feel like the opposite of a sterile medical office. Because healing happens when your nervous system feels safe.

When you come in, you're not just getting needles. You're getting:
● Time to actually be heard
● A treatment plan that makes sense for YOUR body
● 25-30 minutes deep rest (which most of us desperately need)
● Someone who actually understands what you're going through

If you've been on the fence about trying acupuncture, let me make it easy for you.

Your acupuncture visits: We talk. I listen. We make a plan. You rest. You leave feeling better than when you walked in.

Low ovarian reserve can feel overwhelming, but there are still ways to support your body and fertility. Acupuncture helps regulate cycles, reduce stress hormones, and create a more supportive environment for ovarian function.

We work on:
● Nourishing the Kidney system (which governs reproductive health)
● Improving blood flow to the ovaries
● Supporting hormonal balance
● Reducing stress on your system

Whether you're trying naturally or preparing for IVF, acupuncture can help your body show up stronger.

You're not out of options. Let's talk.

Your wrists ache when you type. Your elbows throb after lifting anything. Your ankles feel 100 years old.

Cold or damp weather has a way of exposing every joint that's been quietly struggling.

You might be dealing with:
● Wrist pain from repetitive strain or old injuries
● Elbow tendonitis that won't quit
● Ankle instability or chronic swelling
● Finger joints that feel stiff and painful (especially in the morning)
● Hip or shoulder pain that limits your movement

In Chinese Medicine, joints are where Qi and Blood can get stuck—and when circulation is compromised (which happens more in cold weather), pain flares.
Here's the thing about winter: it's actually the BEST time to treat joint pain.

We work by:
● Improving circulation to inflamed joints
● Reducing pain and swelling
● Restoring range of motion
● Addressing the root imbalance (not just numbing the pain)

Don't wait to start feeling better. Let's handle this now.

Endometriosis can impact so many parts of daily life—from chronic pelvic pain and painful periods to fatigue and stress. Research shows that acupuncture may help improve both **pain control and overall quality of life** for women living with endometriosis.

Clinical studies have found that acupuncture can significantly reduce pelvic pain and dysmenorrhea (painful periods) associated with endometriosis. Researchers believe this happens through several mechanisms, including increasing the body’s natural endorphins, reducing inflammation, and helping regulate the nervous system.

Beyond pain relief, many patients also report improvements in sleep, mood, energy levels, and the ability to participate more fully in everyday activities. When symptoms become more manageable, quality of life improves—and that can make a meaningful difference.

Acupuncture offers a gentle, natural approach that can be used alongside conventional care to help support women navigating endometriosis.

Constantly running to the bathroom? Waking up multiple times a night to p*e?
Frequent urination. Urgency. Weak stream. Bladder infections that keep coming back.
Incontinence when you laugh, cough, or sneeze.

These aren't just annoying—they're signs that your Bladder and Kidney systems need
support.

In Chinese Medicine, the Bladder and Kidneys work together to regulate water metabolism and urinary function. When the Kidney energy is weak (especially common in winter), bladder issues flare up.

Acupuncture helps by:
● Strengthening the Kidney and Bladder systems
● Reducing inflammation and urgency
● Supporting pelvic floor function
● Addressing chronic infections at the root

You shouldn't have to plan your life around bathroom access. Let's fix this.

Imagine a life where your head doesn't hurt. Seriously—what would that feel like?
To wake up clear-headed. To make it through the day without that familiar throb starting at your temples. To not have to cancel plans or dim the lights or pop pills just to function.

We treat all kinds of headaches:
Migraines that steal entire days
Tension headaches that live in your shoulders and neck
Hormonal headaches that show up like clockwork
Sinus and weather-related pain
Temple or forehead pressure
Nerve-based headaches (like trigeminal neuralgia)
Or some complicated mix of all of the above

Winter tends to make headaches worse—the barometric pressure changes, the tension from cold weather, the stress of the season. If you've been managing headaches all year, this is when they usually peak.

Acupuncture has a strong track record for reducing headache frequency, intensity, and duration.
Not just masking the pain—actually changing the pattern.
Start treatment now. Give your body time to recalibrate.

If you're tired of managing instead of solving, we're here.

You're not losing your mind. But it sure feels that way sometimes.

Hot flashes that wake you up drenched at 3 a.m. Brain fog so thick you forget what you were saying mid-sentence. Irritability that makes you snap at people you love—and then feel terrible about it. Libido? What libido. Sleep that won't come, no matter how tired you are. And the fatigue. God, the fatigue.

You're in perimenopause or menopause. And no one prepared you for this. Puberty got all the attention—the talks, the books, the cultural acknowledgment. But this transition? You're supposed to just figure it out. Power through. "It's normal." Sure, it's normal. But that doesn't mean you have to suffer through it. And winter makes everything harder. The darkness affects your mood. The cold taxes your energy.

This isn't a disease. It's a transition. A massive recalibration. Your body is shifting into a new phase—one that Chinese Medicine views as a time of deep inner wisdom and power.

But right now? You just want to feel like yourself again.

Whether you're going the natural route or working with HRT, acupuncture can help your body find its new rhythm. We support the hormonal shifts, calm the nervous system, and help you move through this transition with more ease and less misery.
Don't wait until you're completely undone. Let's start supporting your system
now.

Let's get you back to feeling like you.
