This is Part 2.
This is where most people go wrong.

Gulnaaz keeps returning to one thing.
Rotation.

She says it again and again:
• Rotate the elbow
• Rotate again
• Let the action arrive before the height

Height is not the goal.
Action is.

She gives support with care.
Then she pulls it back.

Why?
• So the intelligence works
• So the body listens
• So nothing gets thrown

She reminds you:
• This is not personal skill
• This comes from Guruji’s guidance
• Your job is to apply it clearly

Support helps only if the foundation exists.

Rajakapotasana is the base.
That is why Natarajasana comes last.

Are you chasing height
or building the action that holds the pose?

Throwback Thursday to when Gulnaaz was insistent on teaching us the arm rotation in natarajasana. 🤣

This is Part 1.
And it already changes the pose.

Gulnaaz breaks down the arm actions of Natarajasana.
Not in the air.
At the rope wall.

You see:
• Where the arms truly work
• How the shoulders organize
• Why balance improves before the leg even lifts

Most people rush the shape.
They miss the action.

The rope wall slows you down.
It teaches you where effort belongs.

Watch this before you try the pose again.
Your balance depends on it.

Part 2 goes deeper.
Part 3 ties it all together.

Follow us so you don’t miss parts 2 & 3.

🦵 STANDING ASANAS WEEK 🦵

This week, we're grounding down and building strength from the foundation up! Standing poses are where precision meets power—they teach us alignment, stability, and the art of rooting ourselves.

Whether you're finding your first Tadasana or deepening your practice in Parivrrta Trikonasana, standing asanas remind us that a strong base creates freedom above. Props + presence = transformation.

Ready to stand tall? 💪 Check the schedule and join us this week. All levels welcome!

Last day.

This is your final chance to step into something most people do not find by accident.

Eight classes.
Fifty dollars.
One month that can change how you live in your body.

This is not casual stretching.
You learn how to stand, sit, walk, and breathe with awareness.

In eight classes, you begin to notice:

• How you carry your spine while waiting in line
• Why your shoulders rise during the day
• How your feet affect your posture
• Where effort leaks
• Where support is missing

Iyengar Yoga teaches you how to feel.
You do not guess.
You do not copy.
You learn from the inside.

Show up twice a week.
Something clicks.

Your body starts to speak.
Your mind pays attention.

Many feel a shift by class three.
By class eight, stopping feels unthinkable.

This pass is only for Intro and Beginner students.
It is brief by design.
It works because you commit and stay close to the method.

Eight classes.
Fifty dollars.
Thirty days.
No extensions.
Starts January 5.

This offer ends today.

You can keep moving the way you always have.
Or you can see what your body has been asking for.

What could change if you gave yourself eight chances to truly notice?
