✨We are so excited to announce that our LET training course will be BACK this June! ✨



If you missed our March training, don't worry - we will be BACK the first weekend of June (6th - 8th) and are taking registrations! This gentle, non-invasive type of lymphatic treatment has been effective for those recovering from cancer treatment, all types of edema, environmental toxicity, and general wellness. You don't need any existing qualifications or certifications to attend this course (although this would be a great certification for folks who work as massage therapists, estheticians, occupational therapists, dermatologists, yoga teachers, physical therapists, etc.)

🎖️BIGGEST CONGRATULATIONS to our very own for her achieving her certificate in Advanced MLD - Management of Post-Plastic Surgery Procedures from the Academy of Lymphatic Studies ! 🎖️



In addition to offering both manual lymphatic drainage and lymphatic enhancement therapy, Allison is a certified Occupational Therapist, Lymphedema Therapist, and a certified brain injury specialist. Allison also conducts 1:1 functional mobility sessions for anyone looking to improve their range of motion, flexibility, balance, and coordination.

We are so excited to offer our LET training course at Intentional Dermatology and Health (6200 LBJ Freeway) on March 21st-23rd!



We will be offering Arcturus Star (creators of Lymphstar Pro) certification courses for those looking to enhance their existing lymphatic therapy practice, and for those just starting their careers.



This is a medically-based course and is great for Allied health professionals, massage therapists, chiropractors, estheticians, nurses, or anyone interested in learning more about the lymphatic system!

I almost missed recipe Wednesday but I’m making it a good one! This AIP Shredded Chicken salad from is SO delicious 😋 I love it for days that I’m on the go especially. It’s packed with protein, dairy free and full of healthy fats.

INGREDIENTS
Shredded Chicken Salad:
2 large chicken breasts
1 cup water
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 of a large red onion, finely diced
2 ribs celery, finely diced
1/2 cup red grapes, halved
3 tablespoons dried tarragon
1/2 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped

Creamy Garlic “Mayo”
Optional sea salt to finish
Creamy Garlic “Mayo”
1/2 cup coconut butter, melted
1/4 cup Olive Oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
5-6 tablespoons coconut milk, see “TIP” in instructions
1 teaspoon sea salt
3 teaspoons garlic powder

INSTRUCTIONS
For shredded chicken salad:
Bake, shred and season chicken and place it in a large mixing bowl.
Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine. If desired, add more sea salt to taste. Best when chilled in the refrigerator for about a half hour before serving.

For the creamy garlic mayo:
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir well to combine.
TIP: sometimes, coconut butter can take on a gritty texture due to the fats inside. If this happens, add coconut milk to desired consistency.

🌱Chia Seed Pudding 🌱
This one is always on rotation in my house! Chia seeds have so many health benefits like improving your heart and gut health and regulating blood sugar. If you don’t mind the slimy texture of the chia seeds, this a really delicious way to get your protein in and boost your immunity and lymph system function!
Ingredients:
½ cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
2 tablespoons chia seeds
½ teaspoon maple syrup
⅛ teaspoon cinnamon
Optional toppings
Tart cherries
Blueberries
Chopped nuts or granola
Coconut flakes
Maple syrup
Nut butters

Instructions:
In a lidded jar, combine the almond milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, and cinnamon.
Cover and shake to combine.
Chill for a few hours, then give it a good stir to loosen any clumps. Continue chilling for 8 hours or overnight for the pudding to set.
Serve with toppings like fruit, nuts, coconut flakes, and maple syrup as desired.

🥙 RECIPE WEDNESDAY‼️
Deconstructed Burger Bowls are a great way to satisfy the burger craving while adhering to a healthy, anti-inflammatory diet. This baby is grain, gluten, and dairy free but with all the flavor! You can easily switch out meats or choose a meat free option.

An anti-inflammatory diet is beneficial for the lymph system because it can help reduce inflammation throughout the body, which can improve lymphatic drainage and function.

For the Burger Meat:
1 pound ground beef
½ teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

For the salad: 🥗
Romaine lettuce
Tomatoes
Pickles
Red onion

Special Sauce:
¼ cup mayo
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 teaspoon yellow mustard
1 tablespoon pickle juice
1 tablespoon dill relish
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon paprika

Instructions:
1. Heat a skillet over medium high heat. Add the ground beef and spices. Brown the beef, breaking it up as it cooks, until it is fully cooked through.

2. While the beef is browning, make the special sauce. Add all of the ingredients to a small bowl and whisk together until well combined.

3. Assemble your burger bowls. Start with romaine lettuce then add the toppings and cooked ground beef. Drizzle the special sauce over everything and then enjoy!
