The Dallas City Council District 7 is providing support for residents in need of assistance with utility bills, air conditioning, or heating repairs. Dallas County Health and Human Services is offering energy assistance to qualified residents of Dallas County, which includes aid for electric and gas bills, as well as repairs or replacements for existing heating or air conditioning units.
To be eligible, you must provide:
- Proof of income
- Proof of citizenship
- Your social security card
- A driver’s license or ID
- Your original electric or gas bill
