Luckily I have always believed in keeping my son active and engaged, but this book applies to all of us. In a world that moves faster and faster everyday- it takes a toll on mental health and happiness if you don’t take a pause and slow down. I bought this book to keep a copy at the clinic, but my son wanted to read it with me because he was interested to learn the WHYs behind why I always have told him- devices and video games in moderation- otherwise it will make your brain mushy mushy.
