Filler isn’t the problem…. Bad work is.

Over the past couple years, there’s been a massive wave of fear around filler and Botox.

“All filler migrates.”
“It never goes away.”
“Filler fatigue is inevitable.”

It’s been repeated so much that people are starting to accept it as fact.But let’s be honest that’s not the full picture. If all of that were true, I would be the first example of it.

I’ve been getting treatments for over 15 years.
I’ve done everything I offer to my own patients.
And I don’t look overfilled, distorted, or “done.”

Because that outcome isn’t inevitable it’s the result of poor technique, overuse, or lack of restraint.

The real key is simple:
Do what’s needed… not what’s possible.

Aesthetic work should be about refinement, not transformation.Maintaining structure, not overbuilding it. Preventing aging, not chasing it once it’s already gone too far.

The best results are the ones you can’t clock.
The ones that make people think you just look good not different.

There’s a huge difference between intentional, educated treatments…and blindly adding more.
One leads to longevity.The other leads to the “look” everyone’s scared of.

How I feel when the Botox starts to kick in 😏

Botox doesn’t work instantly. It typically begins to kick in within 3–5 days, with full results appearing around 10–14 days. During this time the muscles gradually relax, softening fine lines and preventing deeper wrinkles from forming. Patience = smooth results. ✨

• Appointments take about 10–15 minutes.
• The injections are quick and generally very tolerable (most people describe them as tiny pinches).
• Results take up to 2 weeks to fully kick in.
• Around the 2-week mark is when it’s at its strongest, meaning the lines you don’t want (like looking angry or overly surprised) are the most relaxed.
• After that, it naturally softens a bit while still keeping the skin smooth.
• Results typically last about 3–5 months, depending on your metabolism and muscle strength.
