As a clinician specializing in emotional abuse, I respectfully disagree with the notion that narcissists are difficult to identify. In my experience, the challenge lies less in their subtlety and more in our collective lack of awareness around the warning signs. When a client begins describing someone as “too good to be true” or notes that the person seems to say everything they’ve longed to hear, that often signals the early stages of emotional manipulation. These are not coincidences—they are calculated strategies that should raise immediate concern.

While I respect the role that medication-assisted therapies like ketamine can play for some individuals, my personal and professional philosophy leans toward helping clients harness their own inner resilience. I believe in the power of the human brain to create change through safe, in-person therapeutic experiences that foster both connection and empowerment. My approach focuses on building awareness, using integrative techniques such as guided imagery, hypnosis, association, and healthy dissociation. These tools help clients tap into their natural capacity for healing without relying on medication. I strive to create a space where individuals can strengthen their internal resources and experience meaningful, lasting growth.
