Focusing on our health and achieving our fitness goals have benefits to improving our daily living, but when results and expectations are based on achieving a greater level of happiness this can lead down an unbalanced path. The explanation in the video reveals subtle truths between the lines.

Here's an interesting factual trend occurring in the west, especially in the US, the business marketing of mindfulness and meditation. Mindfulness-centered products and online apps are now as of 2016 the new Billion dollar business in the US.

Something as ancient and pure as meditation, without the need for money, has been marketed to the West as too difficult to understand without reaching for our wallets.

Listen to this short video, keep our hand off your wallets and breathe.

Chronic high blood sugar levels causes the on-set of diabetes and heart disease.

Every time your blood sugar spikes, it is causing an inflammatory response that damages the lining “wall” of your arteries. LDL particals become trapped behind the damaged lining, causing atherosclerosis (hardening of the arteries). Atherosclerosis is the number one cause of heart disease and stroke.

I wanted to give everyone an update on the progress of the Online Fitness Coaching Tribe. It's been about 8 weeks and the group, as a whole, has lost a total weight of 68 pounds!

I asked the group a week ago if they could identify individually the biggest obstacle during the last 8 weeks that might be limiting them to lose weight. The overall response was about meal timing and when to eat certain foods during the day.

Since I'm a visual oriented learner, I have created this picture template to help you grasp the idea of nutritional timing as it relates to the metabolic burn of fat and using the example of building a fire out of wood.

Food is considered energy, and when broken down in digestion food increases the metabolic temperature within our body. Same goes for exercise causing increase metabolic temperature.
It's when our timing of food, quality of food, timing of exercise and quality of exercise are out-of-whack that causes weight gain and eventual metabolic illnesses to occur.

The picture is an outline to begin grasping the cycle of nutritional timing. This does not mean to only eat the fat option since it says incinerator. Laugh Laugh.

Like building fire with wood you don't start will plain coals alone. It's a sequence.
