After a nearly 5 year hiatus, I'm finally hosting my self-massage for musicians workshop again, and there are some big changes with it that you don't want to miss! So join me on February 10th as I help teach you different massage techniques you can use on yourself to help ease the strain and fatigue of playing your instrument.
This will be a two hour workshop that will be livestreamed in an exclusive Facebook group, with new techniques, and perhaps an extra surprise or two thrown in. 😉 There will be updated content in the group leading up to the workshop itself, as well as the usual Q&A time afterwards. Access to the group and ALL of its content will be available for 3 months post-workshop for those who sign up.
Another thing I'm doing differently this time is having a limited opening for 30 attendees.
Now to answer a few of the questions I tend to get when I host this workshop:
Q: How do I sign up?
A: You can comment on this post, send me a Facebook message, or email me at hc.eventmassage@gmail.com using "Workshop" as your subject line
Q: How much does it cost?
A: $50.00
Q: How do I pay?
A: I take CashApp, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, and can even send an invoice through Square so you can pay by credit card. Once you sign up, let me know your preferred payment method, and I'll send you the relevant info for it.
Q: How do I join the Facebook group?
A: After you have signed up via comment, Facebook message, or email and I receive your payment, I will send you a link to join the group.
Q: If something comes up, what happens if I miss the livestream?
A: I totally get it! Life happens! That's why I'm extending access to all of the materials in the group (including the livestream) for 3 months after the workshop
Q: What can I expect from this workshop?
A: Great question! A week leading up to the workshop, I start posting a few basic anatomy things, ask questions to get to know you and your fellow attendees better, and a few other things. Towards the end of the workshop, I do a live Q&A where you can comment your questions, and I'll answer live. The week after the workshop, I let you post any other questions you might have, and I'll answer as soon as I can.
